Many people today have the misconception that governments print, control and distribute the nations money and currencies. While it true that the government does print money, they neither control it nor do they distribute it. They also have a limited role in the creation of a nation's money. It is the banking system that creates and distributes about 99% of the world's money, not the government. It may surprise most people to learn that there are a number of families controlling money in the world today.
